Since 1998, Ty has served as publisher and managing editor of ALLEGORY, an e-zine publishing quality science fiction, fantasy, and horror from new and established authors worldwide. He is also the author of nine published novels, has appeared in two anthologies, and has sold numerous short stories and articles to publications from SPACE & TIME to WRITER’S DIGEST. The first book in his UNDERTAKERS series for middle schoolers is being developed into a feature film. In his spare time, he teaches creative writing to children and adults, and visits (or did before the pandemic) libraries and school all up and down the eastern seaborn, offering advice on writing, and how to be an author in the modern publishing world. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Helene.
