A senior bioinformatics scientist with the NCI-funded Institute of Systems Biology Cancer Genomics Cloud (ISB-CGC) project, Dr. Taylor currently helps cancer researchers integrate their data with large public omics data sets on a cloud platform, and perform analytics on such. He has also worked in areas related to synthetic biology, including inference of biological networks and whole genome modeling of bacteria & bacterial communities.
